Warranty
Our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults or defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, misuse, inadequate care, or packaging damage. Each claim is assessed individually and resolved with the most appropriate solution.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with clear images or video. Items should be kept until the claim is finalised. Returns are accepted only when authorised.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Replacements or parts are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply where delivery details are incorrect.
Recalls
Should a product recall occur, customers will be contacted directly with clear instructions.
